Dr. YC Lee  received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, where he excelled academically and developed a passion for medicine. Driven by this passion, he went on to attend medical school at Baylor College of Medicine, where he further honed his skills and expertise.

Following his graduation from medical school, Dr. Lee completed his residency in emergency medicine at UT Southwestern. During his residency, he gained valuable experience in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment of Parkland Memorial Hospital, further solidifying his commitment to providing high-quality medical care to his patients.  He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Lee has worked tirelessly in hospitals and emergency rooms. He has served as the Assistant Medical Director at Baylor Scott and White Centennial for 17 years.  He is known for his expertise, his compassionate bedside manner, and his dedication to patient care.

Recently, Dr. Lee embarked on a new and exciting chapter in his career, launching his own urgent care company, FastDoc Urgent Care. As the founder and CEO of the company, Dr. Lee is passionate about providing accessible, affordable, and high-quality medical care to his community. He has assembled a team of experienced medical professionals who sh are his commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.  YC, Gail, Mike, and Jurry have worked together in the emergency department for the past 18 years.  They have worked together as partners at FastDoc for the past 3 years.

Despite his busy professional life, Dr. Lee is devoted to his family.  He is married to Judy Lee, MD, who is an associate professor of Pediatrics at UTSW Medical School and the Medical Director of Hospitalist Medicine at Children's Medical Center of Dallas. Together, they are raising three children who attend Legacy Christian Academy in Frisco, TX. 

Dr. Lee's educational background, combined with his experience, approachability, and professionalism, have earned him the admiration and respect of his colleagues and patients alike. 


Mike McWilliams is a highly experienced medical professional with over 24 years of experience in emergency medicine. He began his career in the medical field as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in Southern California, before becoming a paramedic and working for eight years in various urban, rural, and industrial settings.

Driven by his passion for healthcare, Mike made the decision to further his education and pursue a career as a Physician Assistant. He attended and graduated from the prestigious Stanford Medical School Physician Assistant Program in 2002, and shortly after graduation, he and his family relocated to Texas where he began working as a PA in several Emergency Departments in North Texas.

For the past 16 years, Mike has been working at the Emergency Department at Baylor, Scott, & White at Centennial, where he has been providing compassionate and expert care to patients in need. While still working at the ER, he has also shifted his focus to FastDoc Urgent Care, where he is working alongside his partners to create a highly advanced, customer-based, and compassionate Urgent Care experience for the local community.

Mike is a dedicated family man and has been married to his wife Sonya for 31 years. They have three grown sons, a daughter-in-law, and two grandsons, all of whom live locally. When he is not working, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his family, engaging in outdoor activities, and traveling to new places. His commitment to excellence in healthcare and his unwavering dedication to his patients make him a highly respected and sought-after medical professional.


Gail Lawson is a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner providing quality care to patients in North Texas and the surrounding communities.  She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been practicing in Emergency Medicine since 2007. Gail is also an allied affiliate with prestigious facilities such as the Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Centennial and Baylor Scott and White Medical Center of Frisco.

Gail is a graduate of Texas Woman's University, where she obtained her Masters Degree in Nursing. Her academic achievements include receiving an Honorable Mention from the Dean of Nursing for Native Americans, for achieving a graduate level education. She is a Master Injector of Aesthetics and holds a certification from AANP in Obesity Medicine.

With her extensive training and experience, Gail offers patients a full range of medical services. These include regular pediatric checkups, general consultations, annual physical examinations, and weight loss consultations.

Gail's caring and compassionate approach to patient care has earned her a reputation as a trusted medical professional in her community. She has dedicated 25 years of her life to ensuring personalized care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Gail lives in Sachse where she raised her three children.


Jurry Van Ark is a highly experienced medical professional with a rich and diverse background in healthcare. Growing up in Jefferson City, Missouri, he developed a passion for serving others, which led him to enlist in the United States Navy at the young age of 17. He served his country with distinction for 6 years, including 3 overseas deployments that totaled 24 months at sea and overseas.

After leaving the military, Jurry continued his service to others by pursuing a career in healthcare. He became an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Paramedic and worked in this capacity for 10 years before embarking on a new challenge: earning his Physician Assistant certification. In 2003, he graduated from the prestigious Stanford University Physician Assistant Program (PCAP) and embarked on a career in emergency medicine.

For the past 18 years, Jurry has been working in local ERs across Texas, including Lewisville, Mesquite, Greenville, and Frisco. He has proven himself to be a highly skilled and compassionate provider, earning the respect and admiration of both his colleagues and his patients. Jurry is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and has also passed his surgical board, demonstrating his expertise in this complex field of medicine.

Jurry is a dedicated family man and enjoys spending time with his loved ones when he is not at work.  Jurry raised 4 children in Allen ISD.  His wife Nera works at Vaughn Elementary School.  His commitment to excellence in healthcare and his unwavering dedication to his patients make him a highly respected and sought-after medical professional in the Allen community. He is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those he serves, and his exceptional clinical skills and compassionate bedside manner have earned him the trust and loyalty of his patients over the years
